This course aims to help students understand the differences between the old and new assessment paradigm and the evolution of the relationship between assessment and learning. This course topics include to introduce the content and types of early childhood development and learning assessment and its application in the field of early childhood education, to improve students with early childhood development screening practices, to establish the connection between the ECEC curriculum fr<x>amework (Taiwan, R.O.C.) and teaching field. Upon completion of this course, students will demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with the concept of learning assessment, understand how to plan and implement assessment of young children, and improve their ethics of assessment.
